Project Stargate was a secretive U.S. Army unit established in 1977 at Fort Meade, Maryland, by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and SRI International to investigate the potential for psychic phenomena in military and domestic intelligence applications. The project focused on investigating and utilizing remote viewing for intelligence gathering.
Remote viewing is a psychic phenomena, it’s the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target using extrasensory perception (ESP). Simply put, these psychics would view targets in a distant place using their minds. The documents related to Project Stargate were declassified over time, through mid-1990s, early 2000s.
The project's roots trace back to concerns in the 1970s that the Soviet Union was investing heavily in psychic research, prompting the U.S. to initiate its own programs to not fall behind in this unconventional field of intelligence.

This remote viewing session took place on May 22, 1984, where the objective was to explore Planet Mars, approximately 1 Million BC.
The psychics or “remote viewers” were given these coordinates “40.89 degrees north 9.55 degrees west”. The remote viewers were unaware of the location of these coordinates.

Joe McMoneagle (called remote viewer 001) was the man who remote viewed Mars. In this video he revisits what he saw on Mars in his session in 1984. He provided detailed accounts of structures, pyramids, aliens, and even weather phenomena like dust storms, which surprisingly align with our current understanding of Martian geography and climate.
Secret Alien base under Mount Hayes?
Pat Price was a well-known remote viewer associated with Project Stargate. He claimed to have detected structures, tunnels, and even humanoid creatures working together with human scientists under Mount Hayes in Alaska through his remote viewing sessions. He was worried about his safety as he felt that he had seen something he wasn't supposed to and told his family and friends about his concern. Following his disclosure of these findings, Price died under mysterious circumstances in 1975. The area around Mount Hayes has reported very unusual UAP sightings.

Secret extraterrestrial base on the moon?
Ingo saw many unusual things on the Moon in him remote-viewing sessions. He sees tracks made on the surface, he gets a sense as if there is an atmosphere on moon. He sees evidence of industrial activity, towers, Dome structures which have windows, landscape that looked like mining operations. Ingo moves closer to the domes, It looked like a secret base on the Moon. He sees many humanoid figures inside it through the window, All of a sudden all humanoid figures appear to turn and point at where Ingo Swann projected himself. Axelrod, who was overseeing the experiment, stopped it and asked Ingo to come back immediately. Are aliens psychic?

This CIA declassified document discusses the Gateway Process, which involves techniques designed to synchronize the brain's hemispheres (referred to as "hemi-sync") to alter consciousness. It is believed that by synchronizing the brain's hemispheres, one could achieve states where consciousness could be free from physical body limitations.

THE GATEWAY TAPES
The Gateway Tapes are a series of audio recordings developed by The Monroe Institute, founded by Robert Monroe. These tapes use binaural beats and guided meditations to purportedly help individuals achieve various states of consciousness, including deep relaxation, meditation, and even out-of-body experiences (OBEs). A notable remote viewer from Project Stargate, McMoneagle was sent to The Monroe Institute for training. His experiences there contributed to his development as a remote viewer, and he later became involved with the Institute as a trainer after Stargate's closure.
